Metrics, Like Beauty, are in the Eye of the Beholder

Talent acquisition professionals spend time tracking and reporting metrics. But do they really drive performance? What is a good “cycle time to hire”? Is it the same for everyone? Join us on November 15 as we review some classic recruiting metrics as well as explore what the future of recruiting measurements looks like.
